Diane Lac is a Vietnamese/Chinese-American photographer & director based in Los Angeles. At the age of five, Diane began photographing her life with a small point-and-shoot camera that belonged to her father.
Growing up in Little Saigon, Orange County she experienced an array of vibrant communities: the beach and skate culture, the car community, underground punk rockers, and the indie music scene----all of which shaped who she is today. Jumping back and forth from the fashion world to music video to fine arts, Diane believes in powerful and vulnerable storytelling of women, finding beauty in the mundane, combined with elements of her cultural ancestry.
