Girls in Film Ellada (GiF Ellada) is a recently launched initiative led by Konstantina Levi, Nikki Powell, Margarita Velentza, Yvoni Lada & Hermione Efstratiadou. Dedicated to diversifying the filmmaking industry, GiF Ellada builds professional networks, broadens access to resources, and creates opportunities for underrepresented filmmakers—specifically women, trans, and non-binary creatives. With a strong focus on community-building, the initiative organizes events, workshops, and shares job opportunities to empower marginalized voices in the Greek film scene.
