Martha is a writer, director and photographer from Dorset. Her debut narrative short To The Sea - a coming-of-age story of loss and loyalty - premiered at the BAFTA and BIFA qualifying London Short Film Festival in 2021.
Her commercial work - largely dance-based fashion and music videos that champion electronic sound - has been shown on platforms such as Nowness, Perfect Magazine and Fact Mag.
Something Else is Martha’s third narrative short and has been selected for BIFA and BAFTA qualifying festivals on the international festival circuit this year. She is currently in post-production for a new film Afters starring Markella Kavenagh and Jude Carmichael. She is also in development for a short film about contraception and women’s pain.
Martha is in the process of writing her debut feature film, set in Dorset, exploring youth, rave culture and grief.
