Jenny Jokela is a Finnish animation director currently based in Edinburgh. She graduated from MA Animation at Royal College of Art, London, in 2017. Her graduationfilm Barbeque has won multiple awards including Cristal for best graduation film at Annecy 2018. Her clients include Chloé, Disney, Channel 4 and Barbican. She also directs and animates children's TV show Hoppsorna for Finnish broadcaster YLE. In her short films Jenny likes exploring non-patriarchal ways of expressing female sexuality and desire.
