Femke Huurdeman is writer and director with a clear vision. Her well-founded knowledge of the fashion industry is a strong foundation for her idiosyncratic style. Graduated from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, Femke focused on acquiring concept development and visualization skills, as seen in her work for brands like Missoni, Vogue Italy, Shiseido and Levi's. Femke, who is now based in London, received Best New Talent Award at the Madrid Fashion Film Festival 2016, she has also won Best New Director at Fashion Film Festival Milano 2015 as well as being recognised and awarded in other big festivals such as FashionClash 2017 and Berlin Fashion Film Festival. For commercial work and music video's she is signed with production company CANADA and currently lives between London, Barcelona and Amsterdam.
