Abbey Monteiro is a young British Indian Director. Her debut narrative short film “Bad Indian - the villain origin story” is a comedy drama (heavy on the drama).By day she works in the advertising world as a Creative - Art Director. She’s got projects for clients such as Nike, Three, F1, Sainsbury’s, Apple and Coca-Cola under her belt. “Open that Coca - Cola” was a campaign that featured bespoke music from the Grammy award winning talent Tyler the Creator. Even though she’s stepping into the TV and Film industry her beginnings in the creative world started in Manchester, where she studied Architecture.
