A genre-blending portrait of notorious Hungarian drag queen

Ursula Snakes is an intimate portrait of the notorious east London drag queen, merging documentary and music video in an experimental take on the genre. Stretching across different formats it takes apart the image and pays homage to the rich history of LGBTQ film.
Noemi Varga is a London based filmmaker, where she recently completed her MA at the Royal College of Art. Her work is mainly preoccupied with stretching the boundaries of conventional documentary filmmaking and revisiting narratives concerning Soviet Hungary.
