GIRLS 2.0

Directed by
CRIB

30 + women artists collaborating to make one dance film.

Duo filmmakers CRIB consisting of best friends Imogen Cork and Sarah Cole are on a mission to champion girls in the arts. GIRLS2.0 is a 30 + female strong project which centers around a film following female dancing duo SISTA SISTA. The film was made across 9 locations in London, and in each one the dancers were dressed by different female designers and moved by different female musicians. The crew were all ladies, the wider team, the Creatives and beyond. Coming together in one hero film and a series of shorter videos.

The concept of this project doesn’t just stop at the films. Instead it culminated at a one night only exhibition where all the women involved were present for an evening of female celebration and conversation in Shoreditch earlier this year, hosted by CRIB.

CRIBS << STAY HUNGRY. SHOW YOUR PASSION. KEEP YOUR DRIVE. CRIB’S MISSION IS TO RAISE THE VOICES OF YOUNG CREATIVES AND EMERGING ARTISTS, PULLING TOGETHER TALENT FROM ALL CORNERS OF THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY. >>
