Ana Pérez López (Madrid.1990) is an international journalist who firmly believes that creativity is not a patrimony of artists. With pencil strokes and a dark sense of humor, she is interested in exploring how animation can be a legitimate language for non-fiction storytelling. As a current MFA Candidate (2018) in the Experimental Animation program of The California Institute of the Arts and a 2016 ASIFA-Hollywood Scholar, the work of the Spanish filmmaker questions truth in the days of the Internet.
